Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Training Manager to lead the development and implementation of comprehensive training programs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing, delivering, and evaluating training initiatives and expected to be a strategic thinker with fantastic management skills. The Training Manager will collaborate with department heads, assess organizational needs, and ensure that training programs align with business objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement any government, corporate and regular training programs that identified organizational needs.
- Create and update training materials, manuals, and resources to ensure content relevance and alignment with organizational goals.
- Conduct engaging and effective training sessions, workshops, and seminars at different levels.
- Measure the effectiveness of training initiatives through assessments, surveys, and feedback, to improve program outcomes.
- Develop and manage the training budget, allocating resources efficiently and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Identify, select, and manage relationships with external training vendors or consultants, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.
- Maintain good relationships with trainees, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to ensure training programs remain cutting-edge.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Training Manager or in a similar role.
- Expertise in TOR, EOI, RFP documentation.
- Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good command and leadership capabilities.
- Strong mentality to handle any situation.
- Ability to work under pressure and work alone if needed.

Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science Engineering or Bachelor degree in any discipline from a reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
