Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and versatile Senior Manager (Marketing & Sales) who is ready to lead and inspire. The ideal candidate has extensive experience developing and executing marketing campaigns while managing a team, and is adept at closing sales deals in both the public and private sectors.

Job Responsibilities

  • Sales and Business Development:
    • Close new business deals by assessing requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
    • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with key customers, regularly visiting the market to stay informed about trends and opportunities.
    • Achieve the yearly sales target set by higher management.
    • Leverage personal network and experience to secure projects in each product market segment.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Build and sustain healthy relationships with all stakeholders of the company.
    • Accommodate new and different demands from customers and partners, actively developing strategies to meet them.
  • Marketing Strategy and Execution:
    • Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels.
    • Develop business cases for marketing programs at the proposal stage.
    • Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives.
    • Propose and manage marketing research projects to generate consumer insights that support improved marketing strategy and communications.
    • Partner with creative teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors.
  • Leadership and Team Management:
    • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
    • Inspire and manage a team of marketing and sales professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
    • Formulate business plans and achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.

Job Requirements

  • Experience and Expertise:
    • Mandatory experience in the ICT field.
    • Deep knowledge of ICT products and software.
    • Computer literacy and proficiency in standard office software.
    • Knowledge of local and international tender processes, including PPR, DPP, EOI, RFP.
  • Skills and Attributes:
    • Proven ability to think strategically and creatively, identifying gaps and creating promotional materials aligned with the marketing plan.
    • Strong representative attitude with excellent oral and written English communication skills.
    • Competent in proposal writing and documentation.
    • Strong consulting skills, with the ability to analyze and research market trends and responses.
    • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
    • Team player with a result-oriented, smart personality and friendly attitude.

Educational qualifications: 

 

  • Master’s or Bachelor degree in Marketing or related fields.
