Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Executive Female (Digital Marketing) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, with the ability to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that drive engagement and sales. This role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to the company’s marketing and sales efforts in the ICT sector.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Digital Marketing Campaigns:

    • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, SEO/SEM, and display advertising.
    • Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Content Creation and Management:

    • Create and curate engaging and relevant content for digital platforms.
    • Manage the company’s online presence, including website updates, blog posts, and social media accounts.
  • Market Research and Strategy:

    • Conduct market research to identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Social Media and Community Management:

    • Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across various platforms.
    • Engage with online community, responding to comments and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Collaboration and Coordination:

    • Work closely with the marketing and sales team to ensure cohesive and aligned strategies.
    • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing campaigns effectively.
  • Analytics and Reporting:

    • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
    • Provide regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Experience and Knowledge:

    • Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly within the ICT field.
    • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
    • Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and CRM software.
  • Skills and Attributes:

    • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
    • Strong creative and analytical skills.
    • Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
    • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Education and Certifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • Certification in Digital Marketing is a plus.
