Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Executive Female (Digital Marketing) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, with the ability to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that drive engagement and sales. This role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to the company’s marketing and sales efforts in the ICT sector.
Job Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Campaigns:
- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, SEO/SEM, and display advertising.
- Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

Content Creation and Management:
- Create and curate engaging and relevant content for digital platforms.
- Manage the company’s online presence, including website updates, blog posts, and social media accounts.

Market Research and Strategy:
- Conduct market research to identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.

Social Media and Community Management:
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across various platforms.
- Engage with online community, responding to comments and customer inquiries in a timely manner.

Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with the marketing and sales team to ensure cohesive and aligned strategies.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing campaigns effectively.

Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
Job Requirements

Experience and Knowledge:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly within the ICT field.
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and CRM software.

Skills and Attributes:
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
- Strong creative and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Education and Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Certification in Digital Marketing is a plus.
