Job Overview:

As a Tender Documentation Expert, the candidate will play a critical role in the procurement process by managing the preparation, submission, and evaluation of tenders and proposals. Candidate’s attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to navigate complex procurement processes will contribute to the success of our organization in securing contracts and partnerships.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the end-to-end tender process, including identifying tender opportunities, reviewing tender documents, and developing tender responses.
  • Analyze tender requirements and specifications to ensure a thorough understanding of project scope, deliverables, timelines, and evaluation criteria.
  • Prepare and compile all necessary documentation, including technical proposals, pricing schedules, and supporting documents, and compliance with tender requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as sales, legal, finance, and operations teams, to gather relevant information and ensure alignment in tender submissions.
  • Develop and implement bid strategies to maximize the competitiveness and success of tender submissions, including pricing strategies, value propositions, and differentiation strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors, to enhance the organization’s reputation and competitiveness in the tendering process.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to tendering processes and procurement practices.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience in tender management, procurement, or a similar role, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of tender processes, procurement regulations, and contract management principles.
  • Expertise in TOR, EOI, RFP documentation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Educational Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration/Management or any discipline from a reputed university.

 

Experience Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
